OR/RWD Specialist 채용

 Manages whole process of OR/RWD projects including primary and secondary data collection studies.

 Conducts Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) studies for product value proposition

• Manages whole process of OR/RWD projects including primary and secondary data collection studies

• Develops study protocol for assessing various outcomes aligned with scientific objectives and business needs

• Economic Outcomes: Cost of illness
• Humanistic Outcomes: Patient reported outcome, disease burden, utility study
• Clinical Outcomes: strategic epidemiology, natural history of disease, treatment pattern, baseline data for payer agreement (risk-sharing agreement, if necessary)

• Oversees Contract Research Organization, vendors or consultants and implements OR/RWD projects in timely manner
• Leads study result publication through collaboration with investigators and published data utilization through collaboration with cross-functional team
• Manages project specific budget
• Assures full compliance with ISPOR Good Practices for Outcomes Research, Global & Country SOPs, and Korean regulations

• Conducts Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) studies for product value proposition

• Integrates evidence on clinical outcomes through systematic review, meta-analysis and indirect comparison
• Develop PE strategies for payer arguments and performs PE studies to explore value opportunity of products and communicates with external experts to emphasize cost-effectiveness value of products
• Collaborates with Access team and external investigators
• Develops evidence-based material using published data

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

-Above Bachelor's degree, preferably Master’s degree, in pharmacy, nursing, public health or statistics

-Preferred more than 2 years experiences in OR/RWD

-Solid understanding of OR/RWD and Statistics

-Fluency in English and Korean (both verbal and writing skills)
