Summary

Ÿ Responsible for Managing Project delivery for point solutions, e.g., Operator Training System, Real Time Optimization, Offsite Solution, asset management systems, as well as integrated information-KPI management, operation enabling, and smart plant types of solution delivery

Ÿ Pre-sales support activities (preparing project execution plan, quality management, risk management, and etc. in the technical proposal, and PM related clarifications in the technical presentation) co-working with Sales team to get order, be sensitive about the variation orders along the project delivery phase, and additional maintenance orders beyond the default maintenance period included in the original project).

Ÿ Maintains an open line of communication with customers in order to improve customers’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities

-  Project delivery success via the Schneider-Electric software project management best practices and tools -pDnA ‘project Delivery and Assurance’

-  Managing project Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality and administration

-  Managing resources by collaborating with practice leaders in APAC and global as needed

-  Planning and monitoring the project.

-  Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures.

-  Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.

-  Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.

-  Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.

-  Applying change control and configuration management processes.

-  Continuous improvements and undertake departmental initiatives or projects to improve work productivity & efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10~15 years work career
• Software System Project management experience for Oil Refinery, Petrochemical plant or related business
• Actual Plant work experience is a Plus
• PMP(Project Management Professional) Certification is preferred
• Bachelor's degree as a minimum, majored in chemical engineering preferred or other engineering disciplines.
• Dedicated and hard work spirit
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Good communication skill, and a good team player
• Team player
