OBJECTIVES
-
To run and enhance online business providing better consumer experience and higher engagement
-
Maximize online sales opportunity of the brand at brand site and retailer sites
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Online business management
-
Manage online business for a brand covering all the online channels
-
Lead new online channel open for the brand including brand site and retailer sites
-
Develop annual online strategy for the brand to maximize the online business opportunity with clear points of differences for each online channel
2. Brand site management
-
Develop and implement online marketing calendar for the brand e-commerce site to achieve online sales target and enhance the brand DNA
-
Closely work with diverse stakeholders such as affiliate brand team, regional online team and agencies to maximize efficiency by using current tools and following internal processes
-
Manage online P&L particularly including A&P investment
3. Retailer site management
-
Manage retailer site business to achieve sales target and enhance brand presence
-
Keep building relationship with retailers in order to maximize exposure and business opportunity
-
Actively participate in corporate-level projects which are run at retailer sites
4. Tracking and reporting
-
Conduct weekly online business review with brand and Online team and monthly review with Regional Online
-
Evaluate e/m-Commerce campaign and spend effectiveness
-
Analyze site metrics trends and implicate analytics-driven changes to brands
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experiences:
- Minimum 1-year experience working in multinational company
- Experience in a similar position in the retail or consumer products is preferred
Competencies:
- Strong strategic mindset and proactive attitude to challenge and lead new initiatives
- Good communication skills to well cooperate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong learning agility
- Korean language proficiency (reading and writing) and Business English speaking and writing skills are a must
