[Summary]
To develop and effectively execute digital & CRM strategies under ACUVUE®, the global No.1 Contact Lens Brand. ACUVUE® is leading digital transformation in the vision care category with MyACUVUE® App & Web platforms which thread consumer and ECP (Eye Care Professionals) journey to shape a healthy and convenient contact lens experience. It has been renowned with internal & external recognition including 2020 App Awards in consumer service. This position is expected to lead the main strategy development and execution to evolve MyACUVUE as well as other digital executions (e.g. SNS, performance marketing) to contribute in strengthening the market dominance of the brand.
[Responsibilities]
1. Conduct analysis of latest digital trends and market intelligence to step ahead in driving digital transformation in the category.
2. Develop goals and marketing plans based on consumer & ECP values and needs backed up by internal & external data.
3. Develop and implement digital marketing plans & CRM programs that will ensure consumer engagement & conversion esp. via MyACUVUE platforms.
4. Develop strategy for integrated marketing campaigns including consumer advertising, promotional plans and programs; and manage planning and implementation.
5. Build strong relationship with regional partners and local cross-functions for integrated strategy and excellence in execution.
6. Manage 3rd party agency relationships and work closely with them to strategically maximize their performance to drive consistent business results
7. Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.
8. Responsible for compliant executions within J&J and external guidelines
[Requirements]
1. Strong passion to win in a highly competitive market and to move projects ahead
2. Able to lead a collaborative teamwork with clear common goal & motivation
3. Strong knowledge in strategic marketing planning and execution with digital expertise
4. Bachelors’ degree and above, ideally with 5+ years of digital marketing experience
5. Fluent Interpersonal / English communication skill
6. Good understanding and high interest on FMCG or health care industry
