Job Description

[Key Areas of Responsibilities]

• Develop and create marketing communication plans and budget to support business needs and initiatives

• Define objectives and strategy for event plan and measures against targets

• Lead and execute various types of events (congresses, exhibitions, customer and proprietary events, tradeshows) for targets

• Collaborate & generate high quality leads and manage KOL relationship to support business growth

• Interface with Modality & Clinical Sale, Sales Operations, Quality & Regulatory managers to align events and campaigns strategy to the strategy of the Philips Health Systems

• Generate market intelligence (Healthcare regulatory) and related knowledge to improve exhibits

[Qualifications and Desired Characteristics]

• 6~12 years of experience in marketing communications

• Experience with high-tech or medical device product launch to be able to provide insight into effective communication mediums

• Creative ability to translate value proposition into an effective campaign

• Exceptional verbal and written in Korean and English to be able to craft and refine product messaging across a variety of media types

• Ability to identify, synthesize and prioritize key issues and resolve roadblocks

• Understanding of branding and communication guidelines to ensure campaign compliance

• Experience managing relationships and contracts with external vendors

• Healthcare marketing experience preferred

• Excellent organization skills

• Strong ability to interact with diverse stakeholders

• Optimizes processes and delivers results

• Creative and resourceful when facing unexpected obstacles
