JOB SUMMARY

• Stock Management

• Fixed Asset Management

• VAT Reporting

• Bank Reconciliation

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Stock management (monthly closing, GRIR clearing, physical counting, scrapping, etc.,)

• Monthly closing of stock accounts, perform clearing of GR/IR, oversee stock counting and scrapping Intercompany rebilling /RTIC reporting(IG AR)

• Draft the monthly Intercompany reconciliation as well as the justification of discrepancies.

• Be in charge of AR Invoice issuances and f/up of collection of funds.

• Perform regular group reporting for intercompany receivables.

• Fixed asset (FA code creation, depreciation management-month-end, AUC management, SLAN-IFRS16 management)

• Handle all operations for accounting treatment for fixed asset including FA code creation, depreciation management-month-end, AUC management.

• Be the main point of contact for IFRS16 lease assets and liabilities and management of SLAN- validating and keeping all lease contracts up to date.

• VAT declaration(quarterly)

• Filing VAT returns for every quarter- compiling data and coordinating all relevant stakeholders for timely and accurate filing.

• Bank reconciliation/Cash and cash equivalent & ST borrowing account closing

• Produce audit documents for responsible accounts.

• Lead and participate in various group accounting projects.

[Requirements]

• University graduate

• 3+ years of experience

• Experience in accounting mandatory- Fixed Asset, Tax Returns related experiences preferred

• AICPA preferred

• Fluent in both Korean and English

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Work, PPT, SAP
