[Responsibilities]

1. Create a continuous process improvement LEAN culture

2. Support Business Excellence Manager (direct report) to organize site-wise LEAN concept implementation and drive process improvement projects and initiatives

3. Train LEAN methodology for the site employees

4. Monitor and support LEAN projects, KAIZEN projects, and other improvement initiatives

5. Drive and support business unit managers to improve productivity and increase process competence.

[Requirements]

1. 3+ years of relevant experience (ex, LEAN manufacturing, Process Innovation, Continuous Improvement, TPS, etc)

2. Working experience in a highly matrixed organization to influence people at all levels including leaders and global teams

3. Experience applying LEAN tools and concepts to both manufacturing and transactional processes.

4. Possess excellent communication, self-motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, delegating skills as well as confidence and enthusiasm

5. Time management skills to work effectively across various operational and geographical constraints

6. Required strong statistical knowledge and good analytical and diagnostic skills

7. Must be fluent in English and Korean (both oral and written), with excellent communication skills

8. Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Regulatory Compliance, and Aseptic Techniques preferred
