eCommerce Operations 8개월 계약직을 모집 합니다.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 

This position is responsible to ensure that all data needed for the eCommerce post order processes including order management, fulfilment, B2C inventory management are complete and correct, and that data and order transfer between the systems is running as expected.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day to day activities related to different aspects of order management, fulfilment, B2C inventory management for brand.com and eMarketplace channels
• Daily monitoring of order status to check any operational issues
• Monitor backorders, stuck orders, inventory discrepancies for B2C in eCom back office system and SAP, and work in escalating and resolving the problems
• Financial settlement by channel (eCom and SFS) and platform (.COM and eMarketplace)
• Operational check and monitor the order flow by channel (eCom and SFS) and platform (.COM and eMarketplace)
• Ship From Store account and status management in the system for open, close and operation etc.
• Work with customer service teams to solve problems with consumer orders

Key Relationships:

• Customer Service center, Warehouse(eCom 3PL DC)
• eCom IT, Finance, Wholesales, Retail, Brand activation (CRM)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent command of Korean and English language
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
• High level of analytical skills
• International mindset

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree or adequate education
• 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce platform and sales operation
