About the Customer Facing Technology Roles

Taking on a customer facing technical role, you’ll get to grips with the world’s most advanced technologies, see new products come to market and introduce cutting-edge technology solutions to our customers. Roles We are hiring for are as below ; Territory Channel Manager (Modern Workplace Solution), Technical Specialist-Power Apps

 

Territory Channel Manager
The Territory Channel Manager (TCM) role is key to Microsoft's channel management strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner Organization. The Territory Channel Manager is the Modern Workplace (MW) Partner Ecosystem specialist, curating and connecting to our customers, an ecosystem of partners with the best of breed solutions driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption & usage in assigned territory. The TCM will need to orchestrate with individuals across a multitude of roles, ranging from the Customer Program Manager to understand the market opportunities and the strategy to capitalize, Partner Development Managers & Partner Marketing Advisors to drive alignment & execution with our scale partners, Partner Channel Marketing Managers for breadth partners enablement and activation and with the Inside Sales Demand Response and Specialist Teams to connect our partners to customers.

The role will own the partner impact in an assigned territory by ensuring that we have an active and engaged channel ecosystem that would be able to meet the customer requirements to digitally transform their organization. To achieve that, the role will be expected to have deep knowledge and expertise of the MW partner ecosystem in the geography, have the ability to ascertain the required partner capacity and capability required in the defined territory to ensure maximum partner impact on customer acquisition and consumption. The seniority of the role evidences Microsoft’s deep commitment to the partner ecosystem to build a mutually beneficial business relationship by working closely with partner sales leadership.

 

Technical Specilait - PowerApps 
PowerApps is an enterprise service for innovators everywhere to connect, create and share business apps with your team on any device in minutes. Harnessing the power of the Microsoft Cloud and with seamless integration to the vast Microsoft platform including Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Azure, PowerApps is enabling our customers to unlock new business agility. As a Technical Specialist, you will be a technical sales leader within our sales organization working with our most important customers. Your key objective is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use Microsoft technology.

 

Primary accountabilities for this role include:

  • Based at your facility location, you will prepare and deliver technical engagements to enterprise customers.  These include strategy briefings, architecture design sessions, building of rapid prototypes, workshops, and hackathons.
  • Using your technical knowledge, consultancy skills and our methodology to win a customer’s technical decision to buy and use Microsoft solutions and cloud services.
  • The nature of complex opportunities which come to the MTC necessitates taking a cross-solution view to leverage capabilities across the entire Microsoft cloud platform; and are rarely limited to a single technology solution.
  • You will work collaboratively with account teams to determine the best engagements for a given opportunity to maximize customer benefit and accelerate deals success.
  • You will use your technical knowledge to show customers an inspiring digital vision, across all Microsoft workloads, as well as deeper engagement in your core specialism.
  • You will map the agreed customer vision into a strategy for implementation, resolving concerns, removing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment.
  • You will work with the customer, wider account team resources and our partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation.
  • You will build community, mentor others, co-ordinate and lead initiatives which uplift skilling and impact for your peers.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fresh university graduates from Masters (non-MBA), Bachelor's degree For Masters (non-MBA), Bachelor's : Have less than 2 years combined (full-time) professional work experience graduating between August 2020 to June 2021
  • Passion for the technology and innovation
  • Seeks opportunities to learn new methods, procedures or techniques
  • Evaluates & builds solutions based on customer perspective
  • Good understanding of the relationship between technology and business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
