외국계 제약 기업  한국MSD에서 환경 및 보건 안전 Manager를 모집 합니다.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accountable for worldwide EHS Office and Motor Vehicle Safety at Company’s Commercial Markets, local safety programs including compliance programs and technical support to global facilities management.
• Develops strategies to achieve EHS goals in alignment with Global Safety and Environment department and Company business goals, standards and values.
• Ensure compliance with local EH&S laws and regulations by setting governance process to understand the applicable laws & regulation and propose to local leadership team to take actions to follow.
• Set up annual EHS plans in line with local regulations and implement all necessary requirements for EHS committee, EHS trainings, risk assessment and measures that mandated legally.
• Influences EHS leadership, Business Leaders and site based EHS stewards and coordinators in regional office to drive prioritization of regulatory compliance, continuous performance improvement, and integration of safety and regulatory performance objectives into standard work processes.
• Partners with and provides guidance to global facilities management to drive consistency into the implementation of EHS programs.
• Partners with Fleet Management, Service Providers, HR, GWES, Health officer and Country leaders to ensure compliance with Global Motor Vehicle Safety program.
• Manages EHS staff & contractors to support business with EHS concerns, regulatory tracking, advocacy support, technical expertise, risk mitigation efforts and technical training.
• Provides coaching and support to operational leaders in meeting their responsibilities under the EHS program.
• Completes frequent program assessments and data analytics to evaluate the performance of the global EHS programs.
• Escalates concerns through management as appropriate.
• Provides clear and concise EHS performance reports to senior operational leaders that are actionable and promote implementation of EHS programs.
• Ensures completion of all regulatory submissions and notifications required to maintain compliance with all regulatory and EHS requirements.
• Completes working visits to Commercial sites as needed.

 

Qualifications, required Experiences and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or occupational safety field
• Minimum 3 years applied professional EHS work experience
• Certificate of Engineer Industrial Safety or Industrial Engineer Industrial Safety per Korea regulatory requirements (산업안전산업기사 자격증 이상 필수)
• Ability to implement EHS programs and achieve measurable goals
• Proficiency in local language and English language both written and spoken.  
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to present information clearly and concisely through all levels of an organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others. Demonstrated influencing skills with the ability to quickly adjust to changing situations.
• Experience with fleet safety or office safety.
• Proficiency at MS Office
