[JOB SUMMARY]

This position is responsible for Kiehl’s eD2C channel. Kiehl’s eBTQ is No.1 owned channel in luxe beauty market in 2021 ,and eBTQ for Kiehl’s is the most important strategic channel to drive brand total business. The eBTQ specialist will overlook end-to-end eBTQ activities by analyzing sales, site performance, and executing innovative initiatives. The best qualification for this position is experience in leading, developing, and implementing eBTQ business in short & long-term perspective.

E-BTQ(Owned mall) sales performance plan and execution

• Drive e-commerce sales through in-depth analysis, planning, and executing digital campaigns in accordance with brand strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end process to operate the commercial activities in the channel, including promotion planning, system preparation, and logistics. 
• Develop ya early e-marketing calendar to maximize CLTV in Omni channel, including major festival moments.
• Manage monthly eBTQ channel marketing animation, including contents by maximizing seasonality. 
• Lead eMerchandising catalog for this strategic channel and maximize its potential. 
• Be the leader of transactional media: Plan and execute the brand’s transactional media and optimize through traffic/ROI ROAS/contents analysis.
• Develop and execute a direct consumer communications plan for eBTQ maximizing CRM vehicle.
• Solve problems by working closely with marketing, IT, Warehouse, and contact center.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

• Education: University graduate
• Years of experience: +5 years of professional experience 
• Experience (To be specific) 
• Experienced in creating eMerchandising and eContent creation for owned e-commerce channels. 
• Language: Solid command of English
• Other Skills: Computer skill proficiency: MS office, high proficiency in Excel is a must. Web analytics tool (GA) and  WCMS tool experience is a plus
