Provide HR Leadership and Business Partner service and support to ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR.
Collaborate with the divisional leadership and employee base delivering innovative, strategic solutions to drive performance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the local HR Business Partnering process to ensure effective value to the organization.
Building a competitive organization
Work closely with retail people managers in structuring and developing their respective team’s performance management.
Helping people managers deal with organizational, people, employee relations, and change-related issues.
Support to design an optimizing organization to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and that HR Standards/Procedures are fully understood and implemented within support area.
HR Operational Excellence
Recommend, implement and update guidelines and policies in order to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment in alignment with other HR relevant functions.
Ensure proper updates of SAP/SAC modules for accuracy of HR data management in collaboration with GBS (HR Operations team) on a regular basis.
Manage and validate data for regular annual cycle of personnel management activities (Performance Standard Review, TLU, etc.)
Manage recruitment process in collaboration with Talent Acquisition according to defined standards and inclusive recruitment strategies such as PWD hiring.
Being a company culture and employee experience champion
Support to implement cultural transformation activities to organization.
Working together with retail people leaders to solve conflicts within organization and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
Build a healthy organization by ensuring compliances with all labor laws and internal regulations in each store, in collaboration with the ER manager and the Legal/Compliance team.
People Data
Leverage HR analytics tools to track trends and proactively translate data insight into actionable retail people strategies and enhance the employee experience.
Develop and analyse the people KPI to provide insights that help retail people leaders make data driven people decisions.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)
Minimum of 7 years progressive work experience in the field of HR, Business; preferably in an international organization
