Expectations & Tasks
We're looking for an individual who is a self-starter, someone who aims to go above expectations, is curious to learn something new every day, is passionate of supporting building big things and likes to create positive impact with every deliverable and wants to engage with the community at SAP.
Supports as an analyst for assigned HRDs including analyzing, interpreting, and preparing a visual representation for customer delivery.
Designs, plans, monitors, and deliver on initiatives focused on improving Culture, Engagement
Supports on multiple projects or initiatives in parallel to ensure we comply to our local labor law regulations.
Supports on creating engaging communication assets, managing SharePoint to have a solid narrative in HR to position our strategy and initiatives.
Serve as a thought leader on the team by consistently contributing ideas and by developing new ways to bring value to your designated team of HRDs; help with special projects and showcase your creativity.
Provide day to day support to Regional HRDs which includes analyzing the HR system data, auditing organizational hierarchies, resolving system inaccuracies, and coaching leaders on tools and processes.
Be curious and find creative ways to help the HR community run simpler.
50% time will be dedicated to support on South Korea P&C Services team
50% time will be dedicated to support HR Directors in Asia
Skills / Competencies
Strong orientation to Data and Analytics is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Fluent english
Ability to follow through and respond to requests with high degree of accuracy, urgency, timeliness, and professionalism
Ability to lead moderate size programs of minimal to moderate complexity
Strong team orientation

Educational Requirements
Requires candidates to be currently enrolled or recent graduate of a degree seeking program.
Prefer Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Management, or Business Administration, with concentration in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Dynamics.
Previous internship experience helpful.
