Store Planning & Construction Specialist를 모집 합니다.

To manage the end to end store planning and construction management for the Levi’s stores (Mainline/SIS and Outlets) as per brand guidelines. Starting from site measurement to provide the Store brief for designing the store. Local co-ordination with Landlord and Mall team along with other stake holders internally and externally. Be part of the bidding and understand the market nuances and cost. to over
All project management, Vendor management and Cost management and provide the completion report to the Cluster SP&C Lead post project closure.

• To manage the store build & construction on time, on cost and quality
• Liaising with internal stake holders, vendors and Landlord and mall team to provide and co-ordinate the required information for smooth execution of the project. Starting from Real estate team to evaluate the store locations and address the expected challenges. Doing the site survey for and coordinating with design team for design co-ordinations. Followed by bidding for the project and provide the cost working for the store aligning with approved budget and call out for any challenges. Following MEP standards of the market and do review and submitting of the required details as required for local (Landlord/Mall/Govt. etc) approvals
• Timely co-ordination and weekly tracking for the project execution. Reporting the status to the necessary stake holders and should do necessary site visits to evaluate the work progress and co-ordinate with the vendors as required. To do checklist for the store. and provide timelines for correction and hand over to BE team for merchandising
• Up on completion should submit the project closure report to SP&C Cluster Lead. To submit final cost, as built drawings and final report
