HR Business Partner를 모집 합니다.

This Position reports to:

Local Division Manager (본부장/상무)

 

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers.

You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

 

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion Business in South Korea.

 

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
• Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
• Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
• Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
• Ensuring compliance with local legislation and ABB integrity standards.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the HR field, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing multinational company
• Solid understanding of local statutory requirements, labor regulations, and legal frameworks (preferred)
• Fluent in both English and Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaborations and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with Workday is preferred
• Willingness to travel locally (10–20%)
