Deep Learning for Packaging 인턴을 모집 합니다.

Role Overview

This intern will work on Chat2Package related project.

Chat2Package converts plain‑English design intent into cadence APD+ macro compatible (or vendor‑neutral), audited package‑layout actions, executes them in a sandbox, and returns checked artifacts with explainable traces (in the form of quick reports).

The initial prototype demonstrates the full loop—prompt → plan → execute → checks → export—and seeds an action→ outcome dataset for Machine Learning/Deep Learning (or Reinforcement Learning) enhancements.

 

Minimum Qualification:

• Currently enrolled in a MS or PhD degree program in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Python (PyTorch)
• Data Science and Machine Learning
• Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, and MLPs)
• Optional: Reinforcement Learning (agents, environments, reward functions, and algorithms such as DQN, PPO, or DDPG.). RL applications to electrical modeling and simulation
