Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Professional experience in training administration/coordination, HR operations, or similar roles.
Strong coordination skills: ability to manage multiple sessions/projects with deadlines and accuracy
Proficiency with business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI) comfortable working with data
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with LMS (Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors) for training administration, reporting, and learner data management
Strong capability in leveraging AI tools and statistical/analytics software to support learning operations and learning analytics (e.g., survey analysis, trend reporting, dashboarding)
Experience conducting and analyzing employee satisfaction surveys
Coaching / facilitation certification and the ability to support or coordinate coaching-related programs and initiatives
English communication ability for global stakeholder collaboration (email/reporting/meetings)
