HR - People Development and Learning Specialist 계약직을 모집 합니다.

Key Responsibilities

1) Training logistics & session coordination

  • Arrange training setup for onsite, virtual, and hybrid sessions
  • Prepare and distribute learning materials and manage version control
  • Provide live session on site support 

2) Participant registration & communication

  • Manage nominations, registrations, capacity limits, waitlists, and cancellations
  • Send learner communications: invitations, reminders, joining instructions, pre-work, and follow-ups
  • Monitor and manage no-shows and rescheduling, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders

3) LMS administration & learning data management

  • Create/update courses and sessions in the LMS, enroll learners, and manage completion status
  • Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, completion, and mandatory training compliance
  • Provide first-line support for learner LMS issues (access, enrollment errors, completion updates)
  • Maintain data accuracy

4) Reporting & continuous improvement

  • Collect and consolidate post-training feedback (surveys, qualitative comments) and flag improvement opportunities
  • Identify efficiency improvements (automation, template optimization, LMS workflow improvements)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional experience in training administration/coordination, HR operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong coordination skills: ability to manage multiple sessions/projects with deadlines and accuracy
  • Proficiency with business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI) comfortable working with data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with LMS (Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors) for training administration, reporting, and learner data management
  • Strong capability in leveraging AI tools and statistical/analytics software to support learning operations and learning analytics (e.g., survey analysis, trend reporting, dashboarding)
  • Experience conducting and analyzing employee satisfaction surveys
  • Coaching / facilitation certification and the ability to support or coordinate coaching-related programs and initiatives
  • English communication ability for global stakeholder collaboration (email/reporting/meetings)
