Position Purpose
This position is a 1 year contractor role.
Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Demand Planning Manager in the design, structure and maintenance of management information system in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of decision making.
He/She will work with other JTI functional groups to ensure that new market initiatives are reflected in the reporting system, and maintain data integrity and consistency in process.
Also, He/She will administer the periodic scheduled shipment volume, trade inventories, KPI tracking, excise tax and scan data reports that provide information to managers via specified formats designed, on a regular basis under guidelines of management.
Responsibilities
* Administration of periodic scheduled shipment volume, trade inventories, KPI tracking, excise tax and scan data reports that provide information to managers via specified formats designed, on a regular basis.
* Develop and manage processes and resources for data quality tracking, and implement new processes to achieve data accuracy improvements.
* Liaise with Marketing and Sales department to ensure that input is reflected in the reports. Adjust reporting system to reflect changes to the planning environment, such as new product introductions and new reporting requirements.
* Generate volume forecasts projections for new product introductions and market initiatives. Analyze the performance of market initiatives and design performance tracking reports.
* Contribute market insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
* Consolidation/compilation of monthly sales performance review, under guidelines of management.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong Excel skills (short Excel test will be followed after the interview)
* University degree in the relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Computer Science)
* At least 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, data analytics and data management, metrics reporting/development
* Intermediate level of English
