당사는 현재 Application Engieer 직무에 재능과 열정을 가진 인재를 모집하고 있습니다.

Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Application Engineer of 3M Korea Display Material & System Division will be responsible for generating the current OLED program commercialization through customer engagement, for the new application based on existing program as well as future product development excavation.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Technical representative for key OLED program by working with 3M US lab team
- Participate in new product development as core team, business strategy by cross functional working
- Create the new opportunity & Excavate the new program seeds in OLED
- Communication and cooperation with business team & St Paul lab
- Provide internal sales team and customers with technical support and trainings
- Main product : Key OLED program led by DMSD (not public open, Related with solution for OLED efficiency improvement, Flexible OLED)

Qualifications:
- Should be experiencing more than 5yrs career in OLED industry with OLED panel, Process and R&D
- A Master degree is generally required.
- Educational background: Preferred Chemical engineering but no limitation
- Good communication skill (Internally & externally)
- Good English communication skill(written and spoken)

Location: Seoku-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.
