Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop technical solutions for business development, including selecting suitable products, developing bearings, and solving technical issues
• Perform engineering tasks and provide technical consulting related to bearing life analysis, failure root cause analysis, and related topics
• Conduct product promotion and product/technical training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical support for product quality claims
• Research technical trends and competitor activities in the customer’s industry, and define product specifications based on market needs
• Manage projects, including product development

Your Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent degree
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation equipment and semiconductor equipment design
• Strong communication skills in Korean and English
• *TOEIC Speaking IH or above, or OPIc IM3 or above

Preferred Qualifications

• TOEIC Speaking AL or above, or OPIc IH or above preferred
• Experience in linear motion guide design preferred
