Media/Digital Marketing Manager will support the regional team in the planning, execution and reporting of digital projects, media planning and initiatives spanning brand and commerce in Korea. The role will collaborate with all relevant teams and local markets for marketing projects across Burberry owned, bought and earned channels, in order to drive customer engagement, lifetime value and commercial success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the media team in planning and executing Regional strategies across each media channels and platform, including Performance Media, social media and etc.
  • Partner with media agency on elements including; planning, production and delivery of Performance Media briefs, campaign management and reporting
  • Project management for new digital platform/e-Commerce launching collaborating with 3rd party team, agencies, internal/regional count partners
  • Involve in the development stage of brand entering in new site and be the bridge role between the local and regional/HQ team
  • Plan annual contents and message aligning with global social team
  • Manage activities to convert traffic to the e-Commerce ability and optimize marketing activities to ensure maximization ROI in sales
  • Cooperate with regional/local MD allocation, logistic, IT, customer service all cross function teams in meeting overall operation excellence on a daily basis.
  • Create and implement e-Commerce campaigns and media strategies to ensure customers always have an amazing experience through online channel
  • Manage the external digital agency operation and management
  • Collaborate tightly with the 3rd party’s manager to work for the regular content update/refresh and also promotion negotiation for banner, eDM & mobile ad.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Minimum 10 years of related working experience in media marketing including digital media
  • Experience lunching and managing a new digital platform, e-Commerce channel and digital marketing experience in luxury industry will be highly regarded
  • Good understanding of the digital and social media environment in the market
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and native Korean
  • Highly analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex problems
  • A detailed and organized person who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An expressed understanding of Burberry brand (including aesthetic level)
