Objectives:
The online specialist/executive is responsible for driving e/m-commerce for selected brands across the nation. Working with brand team, regional and global stakeholders, the online manager will be primarily responsible for defining e/m-Commerce strategy and sales target.
Accountabilities:
Brand Intelligence
· Identify market opportunity to grow online revenue generation channel
· Develop short and long term e/m-Commerce strategy in line with brand and corporate online strategy
· Continue to deepen the understanding market trend and consumer behavior in order to maximize business opportunity
E/M-Commerce Business
· Liaise with brand, regional and global stakeholders to establish and manage affiliate level E/M-Commerce activities
· Plan and implement marketing and sales programs in order to enhance brand DNA and achieve the sales target
· Understands the implementation of product information in the .NET tool as a daily responsibility for updating global product information.
· Responsible for all design approval and site testing prior to going live. All sites must be tested and bugs to be reported and tracked
Retailer Site Business
· Manage online retailer business in conjunction with brand teams to sustain brand presence & sales targets
· Manage and strengthen relationship with retailers, negotiating placement, brands’ share of voice and strategic partnerships
Tracking and Reporting
· Conduct weekly and monthly business reviews with brand and online team
· Evaluate e/m-Commerce campaign and spend effectiveness
· Analyze site metrics trends and implicate analytics-driven changes to brands
Cross-brand media campaign
· Lead cross-brand media campaign to drive online sales
· Identify emerging digital media which would be optimal to drive online sales
· Execute and analyze campaigns to ensure and maximize the effectiveness and produce optimal ROI
