[Description]
Part A:        Definition
 
  • Manages and coordinates critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing.
 
Part B:      Principal Responsibilities
 
  • Define business opportunities thru full understanding of market/competitive landscape.
  • Develop new product ideas and concepts in line with mid-long term business strategy.
  • Lead new product launch with multi-functional teams.
  • Establish a brand building strategy and setting business plan to deliver business goals.
  • Actively interact with Global/Asia franchise for strategic decision, and consumer campaign creation.
  • Implements tactical plan by allocating appropriate resource.
  • Works across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication.
  • Manages the execution of annual communications, research and public relations plans.
  • Develops advertising plans to support the marketing plan, identifies appropriate vehicles and messages, and works with appropriate management to convey needs and image of the company.
  • Directs the supervision of ABM or BM  
  • Manages to, and provides input for the budget.
  • Oversees the management of assigned vendors and agencies.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degrees and above
  • 3-6 years experience in marketing
  • Also open to non-MKT career (such as Consulting) with extensive professional experience related to beauty care (facial skin care) under passion on MKT career
  • Proactive & positive & innovative mind
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Strategic innovation and capability of growth
  • Marketing execution skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Fluent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
  • MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel)  proficiency
