Job Description
-
Develop and implement new growth initiatives & opportunities and accounts aligned with business strategic direction

Learn continuously for solid surfaces application and its development
-
Develop networks with architect & designer groups and help them to specify Corian(r) and other Solid Surfaces application into the projects as a solution provider
-
Enhance and develop the distributor relationship with pricing & supply strategy
-
Develop and implement marketing plan aligned with Sales and Marketing direction
-
Implement sales operations work scope, such as demand planning, handling orders & its closing and credit management.
-
Over 50% of domestic business trips
Job Qualifications
-
Bachelor degree or above in science or engineering. (Architecture design, Material science, Chemical Engineering preferred but not must)

Understand material characteristics and its application, architecture & interior design drawings and construction field and its process
-
At least 4 years sales & marketing experience in the construction industry

Good interpersonal skill
-
Good communication and negotiation skill
-
English proficiency both in speaking and writing

Strong ownership and accountability
-
Reliable and team player under the competitive business context
