업무내용

 

Develop operational excellence in Physical Logistics Management

Define strategy with Supply Chain & Procurement Manager and International Logistics Manager for optimum warehouse network within Market / Region;
Set adequate measures and respective target values for service and cost to effectively monitor the 3PL’s performance by:
Manage relationship with logistics providers taking insight from Nespresso Sales departments (CRC, Boutiques)
Ensure that consistent LRP (Logistics Resources Plan) is constructed, through collaboration with DSP team, in order to ensure zero backlog and that is regularly supplied to 3PL provider.
Lead RFQ with potential distribution suppliers; Select optimal 3PL provider and to actively manage the contract
Ensure collaboration with internal customers / other functional departments (customer service, transport, DC, factories, HQ) and between 3PL providers for a quick reaction to urgencies or issues
Provide KPIs on regular basis to HQ IPL

 

 

Develop operational excellence in Transportation and Distribution Management

Ensure a high service level for deliveries to final customers and consumers including boutique, B2B and B2C club members;
Ensure implementation of performance and innovative delivery services in accordance with commercial guidelines and Markets Services Survey insight;
Lead RFQ with potential distribution suppliers;
Implement continuous improvement program with our suppliers through regular meetings to review performances & improve process inspired by NCE tools;
Ensure appropriate return goods & refusal process is in place

 

Communication

Define key performance indicator, monitor and benchmark performance
Drive development and implementation of good practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations

 

Manage budget

Propose cost saving project to department based on spend & market analysis ensuring adequate level of service;
Give transparency on the cost of warehousing, custom clearance and delivery services
Manage, report and comment regularly (weekly/monthly) the business KPI’s on delivery, logistics activities, action plans and cost. Report relevant KPI to the Nespresso Organisation (Market mancom, HQ…)

 

 

 

자격요건

 

B2C 산업군에서의 Logistics/Distribution operation 경력 5년 이상
Logistics/Distribution 프로젝트 경험 필수
Fluent in English
