 Description
 

OBJECTIVES:

- Lead and manage consumer related direct communications relevant programs through analyzing consumer data

- Work closely with marketing manager, lead overall CRM and promotion for brand building as well as manage to achieve sales target and increase brand awareness.

 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 


CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

-  Plan and Conduct market research & consumer analysis

-  Bring the level of expertise up for brand in line with HQ/Regional CRM strategy

 1.Develop brand CRM objectives, strategies, and programs

 2.Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 3.Effect liaison between region, NY, BGM & key function managers

 4.Manage budget and P&L

 


-  Provide consumer insight and lifecycle

   1.Manage consumer segmentation (VIPs, high value, medium value, low value) and come up with relevant CRM programs

   2.Analyze consumer data to suggest effective CRM direction

   3.Create Programs for new customer creation, cultivation, and retention

 


-  Maintain service levels and insure optimal customer experience across all touch points

   1.Strengthen Signature Membership Program by reinforcing VIP events and    communications

   2.Lead consumer related direct communication programs including DM, SMS, MMS, E-DM

   3.Create and manage all consumer related printed materials to counters except advertising

 


Special event

 

-  Develop strategy and set annual plan for special events

-  Outpost event, at-counter event, Beauty class and outreach event, etc

-  Forecast and orders for permanent special event tool and promotional materials

-  Plan and control budget for special event line monthly and yearly

-  Analyze event result and identifies opportunities for growth

-  Develop and execute outreach event and co-promotion

-  Manage & Execute exclusive door/retailer program

-  Monitor and report competitors’ special event activities

-  Support Open/renewal program

 


Promotion

 

-  Develop strategy and manage annual plan for promotion(GWP, sample and set)

-  Manage GWP, sample and set by month within budget 

-  Forecast and orders for promotional products which is offered by NY promotion team

-  Develop promotion program (GWP, sample and set) relevant to local needs

-  Analyze promotion result

-  Provide feedback about market trend to NY team

-  Monitor and report competitors’ activities

 


 Qualifications
 

EDUCATION: - University-level education

 

EXPERIENCE: - 6 years+ of relevant experience in cosmetic industry & CRM background.
