Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for elevating standards and assisting retail operations team in line with global retail excellence strategies.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Retail Operations team in the daily operations administration
• Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly, ad-hoc report
• Assist in analyzing sales trends and retail KPI reports
• Ensure effective execution of store activities, workflow and compliance with company policies/procedures
• Establish strong relationships and communicate effectively with stores and relevant divisions to elevate retail operating standards
• Assist with new store openings and retail projects
• Provide support on customer management (DM, customer data, etc.)
• Coordination between retail stores and retail shared service/SAP access request team
• Any other duties assigned by the management


PERSONAL PROFILE
• Over 2 years working experience at Luxury/Fashion industry
• Majored in fashion related or business management
• Good verbal/written communication skills in English and native Korean
• High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and SAP (advantage)
• A good sense of self-presentation representing the brand
• Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
