Job Description
- Responsible for supporting Merchandising through data gathering, validation, reporting, and analysis to drive efficiencies.
- Execute and maintain accurate merchandising information
- Deliver Merchandising information with insights to internal stakeholders through appropriate and effective channels
- Involve in maintenance and issue solving in the merchandising related system
- Define and manage internal merchandising processes, tools & projects to support merchandising excellence
- Drive profitability by managing seasonal pricing work, in-season pricing management and GPM tracking
- Analyzing, planning, coordinating, implementing and measuring changes introduced into the organization
- Provide effective meeting management for the merchandising & cross functional team to enable merchandising excellence
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree
- Work experience in Merchandising, Retail and/or other related commercial field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to make recommendations
- Detail oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills (multi-tasking)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both English & Korean, including meeting facilitation and presentations
- Excellence in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- True Team player; collaborate and respect at all times, taking initiative, prioritize team over self and deliver positive impact on the team
