Description
OBJECTIVES- Educate BAs to have strong product knowledge and selling skills in order to increase overall retail sales and to improve service quality to maximize consumers’ satisfaction

- Arrange and conduct in conjunction with education manager, the training for all high profile promotions and new product launches.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. InClass Training

Ÿ   Education Material Translation & Development

•Translation & production of all education materials according to NY Education Guideline (Estee Lauder Academy, Seasonal Training Materials, Service & Selling Solution etc.)

Ÿ     Education Planning

•Plan & update Education calendar according to marketing calendar
•ŸConducting Education Seminar 
•Plan & prepare education seminar to ensure that
•Discovery Seminar, Seasonal School, Makeup Specialist Seminar & Advanced selling skill seminar

 

2. In Store Coaching

    Plan & develop field coaching Support

•Monthly focus selling tip & DM response guide development
•Event PT Material & Filed Education material development
•Localize and develop CM leadership & BA development program
•ŸProvide timely feedback & evaluation to SEE

 

3. Others

•ŸBA grooming - Ensure BAs adhere to brand’s image as well as high standard of grooming and hygiene.
•ŸCommunicate with regional & NY office effectively.
•ŸSupport & cooperate with MKT & Communication dept to deliver integrated message to counter and consumers.

 

Qualifications
Education

-  University level education or equivalent

Experiences

- Minimum 2 years of education experience within the cosmetic industry

Functional Competencies

- Excellent communication skill

- Self-starter and ability to motivate others

- Excellent presentation skill

- Excellent multi-tasking ability
