Job purpose and key deliverables 

- Perform inventory system movement of all materials to ensure stock availability in warehouse
- Make sure supplying the right material to the shop floor at internal warehouse
- Support to WH coordinator in related to stock & warehouse management

- Perform daily Good receipt & Good Issue communicating with operators carrying out system transfer of raw materials to be met system and physical inventory
- Prepare weekly cycle count and finish the count in liaison with WH coordinator in order to get accurate stock status
- Communicate with supplier weekly delivery order status and make a reconciliation
- Cross check the material availability in warehouse
- Manage Non-confirming material according to the compensation (Ship back to supplier, destruction as approval) 
Essential requirements 

- Fluent in English
- 1-2 year experience in supply chain and warehouse management(Preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP System (SAP Material Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management)
- Understanding of inventory management and material control processes
- Make a good relationship with suppliers, contractors and other functions
