Job Description
Major Responsibilities of the Position:

1 Handling with outlet / channel data (50% out of total time spent)
 1.1 Collecting information from wholesales team on time
 1.2 Tuning / integrating data under unified format
 1.3 Cleaning the data without serious error
 1.4 Sharing data with CMI manager for the analysis

 

2 Dealing with data request from sales team with help of CMI manager (20%)
 2.1 Preparing raw data from WS database and sharing with CMI manager
 2.2 Delivering confirmed data to sales team with proper insights

 

3 Helping CMI manager to efficiently manage retail store data (20%)
 3.1 Data delivery to CMI manager for further analysis
 3.2 Preparing a report with numbers in

 

4 Supporting continuous / ad-hoc research (10%)
 4.1 Checking out continuous research process and reporting any issue if necessary
 4.2 Administrative work for ad-hoc researches

 

5 After 2 months, his / her work scope will be expected to deal with simple data request from commercial functions without specific advice from CMI manager

Required Skills / Competencies:

1 Result-oriented with fast learning and adaptability and sense of data management 
2 Curiosity on the market dynamics and data (not limited to beer industry) with willingness to look at the world from different views
3 Proactive attitude to be able to raise the issue and to share the knowledge with colleagues
4 Positive mind to try to learn job skills under any circumstances
5 Good communication, interpersonal skill and company oriented mind
 
Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:

1. Advanced skills in Microsoft office (Excel skill should be above average)
2. Communicable in verbal English but writing should be better
3. Convincible presentation and communication skills with quantitative view
4. 4 year university degree graduate (no preferred major)

 

Preferred Experience:

1. Knowledge or (at least) interest on statistics software
2. Working experience is not mandatory but welcomed (but less than 2 years)
3. If he / she has working experience, marketing research or any research field is a plus
