[Responsibilities]

1) Develop beauty category e-commerce marketing strategy and planning based on shopper centric approach

- Develop and lead a detail e-commerce marketing campaign & promotion plan and support business partnership development with e-commerce customer

- Develop sales driven promotion planning and execution to achieve sales targets through alignment with e-Sales team and brand marketing teams.

- Be agile to conduct strategy execution and consistently communicate to ensure alignment of internal priorities 

- Analyze data and campaign results review including key learnings

- Manage e-commerce various agencies and process the payment

2) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the project and initiatives on time with required quality level by ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of e-commerce strategic objectives

3) Identify shopper insight and e-commerce new trend and beauty trend, also analyze shopper path to purchase from digital channel to e-commerce channel and leveraging market industry knowledge through studying e-commerce marketing trends via research competitors’ activities and case study for benchmark

[Requirements]

1) Experience in brand marketing minimum 2 years to maximum 3 years 

2) Experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing (optional)

3) Project management skill

4) Innovative and agile attitude driven by consumer trends and shopper insight

5) Business partnership management skill

6) Excellent collaboration skill with various business functions (Marketing, Sales, Digital IT)

7) Advanced knowledge of MS office applications

8) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions 

9) Excellent planning and organizing competencies

10) Good in written and spoken English
