Benefit_Travel Retail Coordinator ( 영업관리 )

 

[업무내용]

SALES:
 - Sales product order
 - Order payment procedure follow-up
 - Sales result consolidation, report
 - Feedback from market - Collect & report
 - Analyze monthly sales and set sales target
 - Communication with Duty free buyers for order and store renovation projects

 

BC team supervision & training
 - Set Monthly incentive target for counters
 - Prepare promotion and events for necessary occasions.
 - Counter operation for special promotion for season and were in charge of display at counters
 - Training counter Beauty Consultants (New products/ New BC Training/ Brand training)
 - Recruit BAs and manage their daily work
 - BAs equipment supply (uniform etc)
 - Set up counter and BAs target, evolution

 

Merchandising
 - Sample /Tester / GWP allocation
 - Counter stock control
 - Counter space & location negotiation
 - Counter equipment supply
 - Counter floor plan drawing and confirm
 - Follow-up and ution of promotional activities
 - Collect Shipping invoices and report shipment errors to France for custom clearances (missing items/ over shipment/damaged goods)
 - Made debit notes for Custom Clearance Fee and send to HQ for payment monthly Sell-In Data
 - Make Commission Report every month for all the counters and Payment Follow-up including Airlines
 - Make business review documents for necessary occasion
 - Manage monthly order process and budget projection with new products according to Marketing plans
 - Update ERP system for counters with necessary documents (offer/shipment/payment) on monthly basis

 

Budget
 - Prepare Budget and forecast products with TR manager

 

[응시자격]

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing preferred
- 1 years of experience in retail/Travel Retail industry
- Energetic, active, outgoing personality
- Capable of working autonomously
- Ability to multi task and support major projects in parallel 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to build positive relation with retailers
- Detail oriented with excellent administrative skills
