Key Responsibilities
· Contribute to sales communications that help to accelerate Oracle’s organizational transformation.
· Generate new ideas for current and upcoming initiatives e.g. manage Oracle’s internal communication platform which involves content creation and update of information.
· Work with different stakeholders like Marketing, PR, and HR to create, promote, and follow up on projects.
· Communicate proactively with local business leaders on the initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
· Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Communications/Media preferred, but strong communicators from all disciplines are welcome to apply.
· Must be a 2016 graduate or expecting to complete studies by mid 2017.
· Proven editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills in English; verbal skills in other Asian languages will be an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
· Social media campaign or project exposure (internship or your own project) highly regarded.
· Leading student clubs across universities or countries successfully highly regarded.
· Start-up experience as a founder or co-founder highly regarded.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer needs for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Self starter. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Practical experience using the Internet. Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year marketing experience.
