Accounting Manager

LVMH P&C는 루이비통 모엣헤네시 그룹의 글로벌 화장품 계열사로써, 로레알, 에스티 로더그룹과 함께 글로벌 뷰티 산업을 이끄는 BIG 3 중 한 회사입니다. LVMH P&C는현재 1200명 이상의 한국 직원들이 근무중이며, 브랜드로는 Christian Dior, Make Up For Ever, Fresh, Benefit, Guerlain, Kenzo 등이 있습니다.

 

Typical activities:
1. General Accounting management and control
- Supervises overall closing process monthly
- Supervise in posting, balancing, and reconciliation of the general ledger.
- BS report for actual to HQ
- Support of Year end local closing and external audit (Interim, Hard closing, year end audit)
- BS detail reconciliation : Maintaining the healthy aging level
- Supervising of Cost accounting

 

2. Tax Accounting management
- Be responsible for the timely and accurate declaration and payment of company taxes
- Tax return filing and tax authorities’ inspection handling
- Tax report for actual and forecast to HQ
- Transfer Price Documentation follow up

 

3. Internal Control implementation and report
- Set up of internal control procedure and policy update
- Implementation of internal control process in daily work
- Report the internal control result and suggest the improvement plan

 

4. Development and maintenance of ERP system
- Set up of New account, company, and new reports etc
- All financial data verification and keep the master file with most updated status in AX.
- Follow up any issue required from AX

 

5. Treatment of legal issues
- Review contracts
- Support for other local legal requirements
- Advise for legal issues Brands facing in the field with external legal expert

 

6. BCP (Business Continuity Plan) management
- Setup and coordinate for emergency response plan, crisis management plan, business recovery plan with other departments
- Supervise emergency drill
- Train BCP for employees

 

7. Others
- Lead team projects
Requirement Skill:

• Strong experience and competency in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit (minimum 2 years)
• University Degree / Finance and Accounting, business administration or law
• Accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is an advantage
• Internal Control (LSF or Sarbanes-Oxley) experienced preferred.
• ERP system (AX or SAP) experienced preferred.
• Well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytic sense and skilful PC operation
• Precise and accurate
• Good command of spoken and written English
