Reebok Brand Communications & EIM Manager

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Manage brand communications for selected cross-category campaigns, and plan effective implementation of the communication strategy throughout the market in order to build brand and drive brand momentum in the market.
  • Ensure positive development of brand image and sustainable and profitable business through the use of global and local Entertainment and Influencer Marketing (EIM) assets, media and entertainment to support brand and Business Units objectives.
  • Develop and implement the EIM marketing strategic plan for Business Unit Originals and across all other Business Units

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Create the Brand marketing calendar in collaboration with BU Brand Communications.
  • Analyze consumer needs and landscape, identify and implement solutions to further enhance brand momentum.
  • Build and maintain close relation with media partner, agency and co-marketing partner.
  • Support cross category concept sell-in / sell-out marketing plan coordination and consolidation with Local CTC and BU.
  • Lead and manage Brand PR and support and collaborate on Corporate PR.
  • Support and collaborate on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with Brand adidas CSR.
  • Manage marketing agencies (e.g. Advertising, Digital, PR, event and others) for effective communication and process with BU.
  • Develop a plan to implement the EIM according to the Global Guideline.
  • Establish and manage a brand-relevant local EIM portfolio to support marketing activation plan.
  • Lead all EIM asset-related day-to-day business to provide excellent asset management.
  • Manage local EIM asset budget, EIM MWB and provide asset with qualitative service to ensure the Brand images are represented well.
  • Support all local event related topics in close collaboration with Brand Activation (BA) team and Brand Communications, Business Unit [BU] teams.
  • Support global relevant events on occasions where the market is hosting the event align with the global direction.
  • Plan and engage all EIM assets so that they can showcase the seasonal key concepts to maximize product sales.
  • Deliver appropriate channel activation sell-in and sell-out tools to represent the Brand and product well in alignment with global and local marketing strategy.
  • Collect consumer insight and market research information per each category based on locally relevant target consumer to pursue further improvement in marketing planning.
  • Provide leadership as well as engage and develop team members in a high performance environment.
  • Relevant KPIs include
  • Sell-in and sell-out KPI’s
  • Market sales vs plan
  • Efficient EIM marketing spending
  • Secure relevant and in-time EIM portfolio
  • Input on local & regional opportunities to Global (e.g. Next hero celebrity for Asia)
  • Impact level of consumer engagement measured through Brand KPI (Brand Momentum, Spontaneous Purchase Intent)Collaboration across BU’s

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Leading and  managing a diverse team
  • Strategy – ability to provide input to and implement strategy
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation) and broad marketing knowledge and experience.
  • Strong negotiation skill / Strong networking
  • Media Relation, Media Request handling
  • Understanding of and passion for fashion/style preferred.
  • Strong writing/editing skills required for writing strategic PR plans, press releases, product releases, media alerts, etc.
  • Advanced user of MS office suite of products
  • Fluent in English

 

Requisite Education and Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field required.
  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Management experience at a public relations agency.
  • Over 5 years of marketing and/ or communications experience
  • Fluent in English
