HRM Assistant_ 1 year contract

업무개요
- Assit to provide and recommend the labor law changes and report/recommend the required actions against those changes to ensure the company is compliant with the labor laws, labor practices and the relevant rule.

- ​Develop employment regulations and business activity support rules harmonized among the BGs and competitive in the market as well, and to propose to the Labor relations and C&B manager.

- ​Take care for employees’ queries on CBA, Rules of Employment and labor laws

- ​Follow up the authorities requests(i.e. Ministry of Labor & Employment, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled) and handles industrial accident in cooperation with line managers.

- ​Respond to grievance from employees and handles their issues/concerns (e.g. Annual Leaves)

- ​Conduct working-level communication with 3 labor unions for fine-tuning the given agenda to make the meetings and negotiations go effectively and right way, and post-communication after the meetings to have the follow-up actions done appropriately.

- ​Provide information and recommendation needed for wage negotiation, CBA negotiation, Labor-Management Council, Grievance Committee and relevant meetings, and secures and keeps documentations properly.

- ​Responsible for leave management and hobby club management.

 

응시자격
[Education]

- University graduate, B.A. degree in Law or Business Administration preferred


​[Skills/Experiences]

-1~5 years of HR/Labor mgt experience required
-Good command of written and spoken English required
-Good knowledge of labor related laws
-Proactive and effective problem-solving skills
-Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with work partners internally and externally
