[Responsibilities]

The position is to plans, conducts and directs environmental and facility projects or studies including complete projects requiring advanced knowledge of a specialized field.   Applies comprehensive and diverse knowledge of environmental and facility principles and practices within broad assignment areas.   Assists in deploying, coordinating, and maintaining effectiveness of contracted housekeeping, landscaping, pest control and facilities maintenance in order to ensure compliance and contribute to an optimum work environment.   Coordinates preventive maintenance of environmental related facilities and fire prevention facilities.   Monitors and maintains needs, priorities, and timelines for project completion while assisting to control costs, expenses, and manage to budgets.   Drafts procedures in defined formats for document control and diligently organizes files and records for historical purposes. Update environmental and fire regulatory requirement to continue the business without compliance issues.   Researches criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.   Updates management and staff on compliance of all local and governmental rules and regulations, especially as they relate to confined spaces, emergency response, fire prevention.

 

1) Maintain the sustainability of environmental performances without compliance issues.

2) Maintain fire prevention facilities to be performed without safety and compliance issues.

3) Lead environmental and facility related projects

4) Plan and conduct preventive maintenance for ensuring the overall performances

5) Technical supports for operating the waste water treatment system

6) Manage emergency management system

7) Manage ISO 14001

8) Be a leader for managing the confined spaces

 

[Requirements]

1) Engineering background in the university

2) Mandatory of environmental license at least for waste water treatment

3) Prefer a qualification from fire prevention facility

4) Good leadership and communication skills with English

5) Broad Knowledge and experience in chemical / biological wastewater treatment / Fire facilities / utilities with less than 2 years’ experiences from industries (신입 지원 가능)

6) Broad knowledge and understanding of environmental / Fire safety laws

7) The integrity and accountability for smoothly operation of the environmental facilities

8) Recognize the urgency to prevent violation of laws and regulations

9) Root cause analysis and problem solving skills
