Communications Associate

 

Responsibilities
** This is 8 months contractor position.

The incumbent, working very closely with Communcations Manager and CD team member(s), will be responsible for supporting key communications initiatives for Leadership communications, internal communications, corporate communications, and Community Investment.
He/she will support the Supervisor in carrying out Leadership/internal communication initiatives as well as key communications projects such as Smoking Manners Campaign, internal newsletter, and Community Investment projects. Program execution capability in addition to relationship management skill with external welfare organizations are required. For leadership / internal communications, he/she will support the Supervisor in carrrying out employee communication activities such as video production, internal events, local corporate publication production, and other communications intitiatives/projects and etc. He/she will support the Supervisor in key priorities for market CA&C and global corporate communciations function. The person must be knowledgeable in monitoring, analysis and communication of the key issues. Skills for localization of global initiatives and a proactive attitude is required.

Skills, Competencies & Languages
- Intermediate skills in design related programs (i.e. Photoshop, Keynote etc.) and video editing (i.e. Movie Maker, iMovie etc) are preferred
- Advanced English and Korean will be desirable to communicate with stakeholders and colleagues
- Writing skills
- Program execution capabilities
- Interpersonal skills are required to manage stakeholders
- Basic understanding of corporate communications
