- Fluent in Korean, Intermediate in English
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Generating and validating the SQO renewal quotes to prepare for S&S renewal contracts
- Sales process support of S&S renewals contract process (quotation, special bid processing and direct contract and etc.) to contract in a timely manner
- Weekly basis analysis for sales results vs. system report
- Weekly basis contact validation from Blitz call
- Monthly basis report for ProspectReach(eDM)
- Quarterly basis sending the direct mailer to clients
- DM/official letters
- RMT(Renewals Management Tool) management with sellers
- SAP administration: Seller assignment to map the correct quotation/clients

- Fluent in Korean, Intermediate in English
