Philip Morris Korea Inc. is currently seeking talented, experienced and results-driven procurement professionals to join our procurement team, based in Yangsan, Korea. As part of our procurement team, you will work with various functions across the company for controlling procure at best value, commensurate with business needs, while appropriately managing supply, financial, legal and corporate social responsibility risks. You will be expected to tap into your experience, analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge for regulations and market trend affecting procurement related activities to bring out the best quality of services in optimized budget for our business.

 

Opportunities

· Procure goods and services required for Operations in accordance with company P&P

- Define needs of internal customer and verify requisitions

- Anticipate requirement and establish purchasing plan

- Select most competitive supplier through proper procedure

- Process purchase order at the most reasonable price

- Ensure timely delivery of materials & services with expected level of quality

- Maintain inventories at the targeted level

 

· Source and manage suppliers

- Register and maintain vendor information

- Conduct supplier evaluation on a regular basis

- Build constructive relationship with suppliers as reliable business partners

- Explore potential suppliers in proactive manners anticipating business needs

 

· Manage record & documents

- Manage procurement related records & documents in accordance with relevant P&P

 

· Analyze data and generate reports

- Analyze procurement related data & figures and generate reports required by function, cluster & HQ on a regular basis

- Support other tasks required in the department for business priorities

 

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in from University or above, regardless of major

· Minimum 3 years’ in procurement or Supply Chain

· Fluent in English is must

· Experience in SAP is highly preferred

· Experience in FMCG industry / International Company is preferred

· Good level of SCM knowledge and procurement strategy

· Strong in analytical thinking and data management

· Presentation and communication skills

 

Terms of Contract

· Contract Type : Temporary (1yr)
