Job Description

1.Visual Merchandising
 -Prepare monthly guideline manual to counter according to launching plans
 -Allocate every merchandising POSM and tester for niche, bars in all counter according to visual guideline.
 -Prepare the planogram for makeup, skincare, and fragrance bars.
 -Inform the launching POSM information to QnR department for labelling.

 

2. Counter Renovation and Opening
 -Coordinate the maintenance of each counter with local contractor to ensure the counter condition.
 -Follow up the necessary POSM and tester preparation.
 -Communicate with local contractor to modify the counter POSM drawing and inspect the quality of POSM fabrication.

 

3. Allocation of Giftwrap and service tools.
 -Stock check in counter and warehouse and allocate suitable quantity

 

4. Manage of maintenance of every counter to keep excellence in look.

 

5. Promotion Set-up.
 -Allocate POS material for events.
 

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major related to design or art
- Average 1~2years experience in VMD, preferred cosmetic brand experience
- High level in English writing and speaking to communicate H.Q 
- Computer Skill: Photoshop, Illustration, Microsoft office
- Excellent Interpersonal communication skill needed with positive mind
- Attitude/ Nature for problem solving to make progress
