OBJECTIVES:

- To develop and execute long & short term digital and social marketing strategies and activities to reinforce brand equity and engage consumers aligning with Global/Regional strategies and guidelines

- To maximize marketing activities toward consumers through managing integrated public communications channel to sustain growth of the business

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS

- Develop strategic programs to make buzz and to align brand & PR strategy

- Execute and collaborate digital activities with magazine digital channel
- Execute magazine tie-up pages as per new launches

- Responsible for digital action plans and execution

- Drive initiatives to develop new digital activities

- Online editorial news pitching and follow-ups with agency

- Support
 for press launching events, media interviews and 1:1 presentations  

 

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

- DM communications and production as per new campaigns and launches

VIRAL MARKETING/COMMUNICATIONS

- Responsible for the social video productions to highlight brand pillars

- Recruit and manage brand favorable bloggers, instagramers, beauty contents creators, and tastemakers

- In charge of creating buzz to increase brand awareness and consumers’ brand engagement

- Enhance efficiency through the collaboration with other teams (MKTG, corporate online team, training, sales team)

- Communicate and share know-how, Korea digital strategy and activities with global/regional team.

 

REGULAR JOBS

- Collaborate with internal communication team members to create buzz

- Circulate monthly digital activity reports to internal and regional/global team

- Intimately communicate with HQ/regional and global team

- Regular catch-up calls with regional and global team

 

Qualifications

Education
•University-level education

 

Experiences
•2~4years’ experience in relevant work experience preferred
