Flight Scheduler

 

Job Description:

Summary of responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: :

•Communicate with internal and external customers about training schedules and travel schedules
•Allocate qualified training resources to include PSIP (Purchased Services Instructor Pilots), FFS (Full flight simulator), fixed-based simulators, flat-panel training devices, computer and web-based training devices, classrooms, etc. in order to meet customer’s requirements, regulatory requirements and the company’s requirements.
•Schedule travel plans and training plans for PSIPs in line with customer’s training schedules
•Monitor revised and updated training schedules and travel schedules, and communicate to appropriate internal and external individuals and organizations in timely manner
•Track and monitor qualification for PSIPs as defined by regulatory, contractual or test defined requirements.
•Work with both internal and external customers and be available and responsive to client requirement
•Seek opportunities to satisfy internal and external customer expectations
•Maintain records according to the master records retention schedule and/or regulatory requirements
•Maintain knowledge of aviation industry development and requirements specified by regulatory agencies and business unit processes and procedures
•Generate various reports whenever required
•Create and maintain strong business relations with campus management, internal customers including PSIPs and customers
•Provide support for PSIPs as required in an efficient manner

Boeing gives additional scores to a person eligible for veterans and disabled person who applies for the job position according to the applicable laws.

 This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.

Qualifications:

Typical Education/Experience Requirements::

 

Typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor degree preferred.

 

Basic Qualifications::

1.Candidate must be eligible working in Korea
2.Language fluency (English and Korean)
3.Basic computer skill (MS word, excel, and PowerPoint)
4.Excellent verbal communicator, can skillfully present to audiences including management, colleagues, and full flight simulator instructors.
5.Knowledge of the airline / aerospace industry would be beneficial.
