Key responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end shipment process, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customer.
- Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders
Commercial
- Drive business growth and market share through engagement with customers
- Ensure multi-functional alignment to customers' needs
Customer Service
- Families responsible for the daily customer interactions with the company
- Enhance the level of customer satisfaction in order to increase revenue and anticipate and solve customer problems.
General Customer Service
- Jobs that own and manage the customer experience
- Jobs responsible for the end-to-end process of customers
- Jobs that maintain focus on voice of customer, process efficiency and costs
- Roles are spread across organisation, strategy and execution
We are looking for
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with complexity in a fast-paced environment.
- An expert understanding end to end process such as logistics products, solutions, Supply chain development processes in the local market and industry
- Strengths in time management with regards to managing multiple objectives and priorities.
- Customer centric view /mindset and relationship building.
- Fluency in English and Korean with ability to deliver clear communication on different organizational levels with stakeholders.
- Capability to work independently and strong ownership of getting a job done by him/herself.
- Energetic and passionate person with ability to drive performance
- Understands the business of competitive landscape and consequently approaches and consult with customer.
