Tasks

< Inventory & AP Accounting project : 40%~80%>

• Supporting project team and accounting team and RBO within project schedule
• Communication with SPM project and RBO on a daily basis
• Participate in regular project meeting and follow up issues
• Coordinate internal resources
• Understand Parts operating process in accounting wise
• Provide feedback to project team
• Documentation of accounting process chart and explanation
• Analysis of accounting process and improvement
• Supporting accounting internal projects
• Supporting ad-hoc accounting works
• G/L accounting supporting
• Development of Parts operating system (focus on accounting process)

Qualifications

• Good Knowledge of accounting process and accounting treatment(accounting background is mandatory)
• At least 2 years experience of inventory /AP accounting (wholesales or manufacturing) (Mandatory)
• SAP experience (Mandatory)
• English proficiency in business level
