WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Merch Sports Authenticator Associate who will build and lead Football assortment (x-gender) within Authenticator Markteplace Unit (MPU) based on consumer insights, market trend, and category strategy

 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Lead and Drive Football product strategy by creating consumer right assortments that best serves & suits Authenticator channel
• Deliver seasonal merchandising strategies, assortment protocols, & product priorities to key stakeholders
• Participate in reading and reacting to the day to day business results for future assortment decisions
• Compile marketplace insights and capacity
• Analyze bookings, Sell-thru, & market trend

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work on Men's Merchandising team and Authenticator MPU team. Also, closely partner with Demand Supply Management (DSM) to maintain healthy marketplace and influence product investment opportunities. Last but not least, you will partner on frequent basis with Geo Consumer merchandising team

 

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in Merchandising with high level understanding of retail metrics, sales, and assortment creation process
• Ability to provide analysis and reporting such as seasonal/market trends
• Excellent English & Korean verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Working experience in a matrix organization
• Retail and Product acumen, keen understanding of Nike consumer & marketplace
• Team player: Show collaboration and respect at all times, Take initiative, Influence others, Prioritize team over self and deliver positive impact on the team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
• Available for international travel
• Local/Domestic hire only
