DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
Amazon is looking for a smart and quick learner as The Lead Development Representative to join its Korea team based in Seoul.
The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is an important member of the AWS organization, playing a critical role in executing outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound marketing leads. The LDR’s primary objective is to market and promote AWS to prospective customers, deliver qualified leads to the sales team and execute outbound prospecting activities for targeted customers. You will be required to be hands-on and help ensure customer adoption, retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting and new payer acquisition for assigned territory
- Develop outbound target customer lists by market research and execute prospecting against established key contact lists.
- Experiment new ideas in order to expand customer base
- Create marketing campaigns for target customers selected by internal business intelligence.
- Deliver information on marketing campaigns, promotions, and services via phone or emails.
- Qualify warm or cold inbound leads from marketing events.
- Ensure all data is captured and tracked into the CRM.
- Articulate and deliver prepared sales talks that describe Amazon Web Services products, services, and pricing in order to persuade potential customers to purchase
- Report to management on prospecting progress providing relevant information that can be presented up the AWS management chain.
- Limited travel

Requirements:
- 0- 2+ years of high tech sales/marketing/partner team experience including internship
- Work hard and strong interest in a technology sales career
- Willingness to learn and willingness to fail, but always willing to try
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
- Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM application
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 0- 2+ years of high tech sales/marketing/partner team experience including internship

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
