• For business analysts: resume, academic transcript, and essay
  - Essay topics (please answer both questions):
  
   1. Please describe a major challenge(s) you faced in the past 5 years, key things you did to overcome theses challenges, and your learning from the experience (300 words maximum)
  
  2. Why are you applying for McKinsey and what do you aspire to achieve at McKinsey? (300 words maximum)
