P&G ASIA CEO CHALLENGE 

DARE to be the BEST of ASIA 

   

P&G proudly presents the first & biggest ever ASIA CEO CHALLENGE for promising junior, senior, and master's students. This business case competition is designed to help students learn business, leadership, and career development from the best. "Best of Korea" team will advance to the Asia round, and be supported by P&G to travel to Singapore to compete for the "Best of Asia" Award. Furthermore, after the event, all CEO Challenge participants can obtain a P&G internship (project-based, full-time conversion type) offer in Korea or APAC, with just one interview & test. 

   

As a combination of case competition & interactive feedback/training from P&G senior managers, the CEO Challenge will truly ignite your potential growth. Accelerate your professional capabilities such as: analytical & problem solving, leadership, and teamwork. Furthermore, you can learn about the fields you can develop your professional expertise in through our career panel talk.

What do you need to do exactly?

Complete your application by clicking "Apply Online" here on this page.  You need to fill in your personal information, submit your resume, and complete the online test.  

   

Your resumes should NOT be longer than 1 page and it should cover below information:  

• - Personal information (name, expected graduation date, university name, major, GPA, club name)
• - Top 3-5 achievements (through student organizations, clubs, team work). **Please share your specific roles, the interventions/changes you made and the results you achieved.
• - What makes you the right candidate for the CEO Challenge.
• - Top 1-2 functions of preference for internship after the CEO Challenge (Sales, Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Product Supply, Consumer & Market Knowledge, HR)

 

After submitting resumes, all applicants must also complete the online tests before Sep 22nd, midnight. Passed candidates will be invited to an interview on Oct 4 (subject to change). Final participating students will be invited to join the CEO Challenge Korea Round during Oct 29 - 30 (Full Day), Nov 2 (1 hour of your choice), Nov 4 (9AM - 1PM, for top 3 teams only). Korea Finalist Team will be given a chance to travel to Singapore during Nov 13-16.

Qualifications

 

 The ideal candidates:    

• - Bachelor's Degree Junior/Senior students OR Master's Degree students who are expected to graduate in 2017 August or later.
• - Have strong academic results.
• - Have real leadership experience.
• - Have great communication skills, with basic English communication
• - Are interested to start their career upon graduation with P&G in Korea or APAC.
• - Have passion for winning.
• - Strive to grow and want to ignite their potential
